HOW DO I MAKE AND CONFIRM A RESERVATION?

Answer: There are 3 ways to book:

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

We accept various methods of payments: Cash, Bankers Cheques, Travelers Cheques, Paypal, Wire Transfers, MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

Preferred method is Visa, Mastercard or American Express. 

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a security deposit is required for all stays at the time of booking in order to confrim booking. This can be paid by the methods mentioned in the question "How Can I Make a Payment".

WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE?

Answer: Full payment is due at a time specified during booking. In most cases, 100% payment is due at the time of making the booking.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE?

Answer:We provide free bi-weekly maid service. If you require more frequent visits an additional fee applies.
Please note that our suites already have cleaning supplies, in case our guests need it.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF OCCUPANCY?

HOW DO I CHECK IN?

Answer: Given that you have paid the full payment,  you can pick up the keys at the Concierge in the building or someone from Atlas Suites will meet you to hand over the keys and answer any questions. Be sure to check your email as instructions will be given through email. 

WHAT IS THE CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME?

Answer:

Check-out: 11am

Check-in: 3 pm

Please note that, circumstances permitting, exceptions can be made.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Answer: The price includes all the facilities and features mentioned in the Features section. There are no additional charges, unless specified.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?

Answer: The minimum stay is 2 nights. If you want to stay for a shorter period, please contact us for special considerations. 

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

Answer:  You need to request for a parking spot. Additional fees may apply.

CAN YOU PROVIDE A SOFA BED (ROLL AWAY BED)?

Answer: All our apartments come with a sofa bed in living room. 

WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?

Answer: Pets are allowed in most of our suites. But, it depends on the suite and the building’s policy. Please let us know in advance in order to avoid any inconvenience. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

FREE cancellation 14 days before the date of stay. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 14 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

WHAT IF I LOOSE MY ROOM KEYS?

There is a replacement fee of $300 per key.
